At Winchester’s Sportsmans Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Returns may be made in-store or by mail (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us before sending it back. We’ll hold the replacement item until your return is received.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

- Archery equipment that has been used or modified
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
