At Winchester’s Sportsmans Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Returns may be made in-store or by mail (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us before sending it back. We’ll hold the replacement item until your return is received.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Firearms and ammunition
  • Archery equipment that has been used or modified
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items
